Although Hemsley Paterson had built a strong reputation, many of their client-facing documents no longer reflected the professionalism of the business. The project focused on creating a consistent suite of touchpoints—from engagement letters to valuation reports and newsletters—that strengthened trust at every stage of the client experience.

Helping families experience the same welcoming brand whether they visited online, on social media or in person.
Developed the centre's brand strategy, including a comprehensive brand audit, brand essence framework and content strategy to create greater consistency across digital and physical touchpoints. This included refreshing their social media presence, redesigning Facebook and Instagram profiles, managing ongoing content, and creating meaningful enrolment experiences.

Redesigned the SASR Auxiliary website to better communicate its purpose, strengthen connections with members and supporters, and create a more intuitive online experience. The new site improved navigation, clarified key information and used storytelling to showcase the Auxiliary's impact while making it easier for members to find information, connect with the organisation and get involved.
